Convenient location, near subway and airport transport. Close to Tokyo Tower, restaurants, and convenience stores. Friendly staff, clean and well-equipped room. Good temperature control.

The hotel had a fresh and contemporary feel, with stylish interiors. The staff were accommodating, even providing slippers and yukatas for the children. The room was compact but had enough space for a small sofa, dresser, and a large tv. The beds were comfortable and larger than standard single beds. The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from Hamamatsucho Station and with Tokyo Tower in the background. There were plenty of eateries nearby, including a Starbucks on the ground floor. The hotel provided free WiFi in the room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the subway system and just a short distance away from a lovely temple. It was also convenient to reach from Tokyo station and close to a famous tower. The rooms were clean and nice, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the service was satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel offered free WiFi and had a Starbucks on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing and people-watching.

The WiFi connectivity was an issue, as it was open access and difficult to get on to due to heavy usage by passers-by.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect as it was close to the subway station and convenience stores, making it convenient for us to get around. We also loved the fact that there was a Starbucks cafe nearby where we could grab a quick breakfast without spending a lot of money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful recommendations and advice. the hotel's proximity to Haneda airport was a major plus, making our travel experience easy.

The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, making it easy to navigate Tokyo's subway system and explore the city's sights. The nearby Hamamatsucho station provides easy access to Haneda airport, perfect for those coming from or heading to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice views of Tokyo Tower from some of the higher floors. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. there are plenty of dining options nearby, including a Starbucks on the first floor.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel can be slow and unreliable, potentially causing inconvenience for guests trying to access the internet.

During our recent stay at Richmond Hotel Tokyo Shiba, we were thoroughly impressed by the excellent location and great service. The hotel's proximity to Tokyo Tower and various transportation stations made exploring the city easy.

Close to JR station and eateries, with easy access to tourist attractions. Modern and reasonably sized rooms with attentive staff. Conveniently located near subway and monorail stations. Good Wi-Fi and amenities provided. Nice view of a well-lit tower.

Conveniently located near Daimon Subway Station and Hamamatsucho Station with easy access to Haneda Airport. Plenty of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Temperature control in the room was satisfactory. Friendly and attentive staff.
